Thankfully, the Steelers still have the better record against our conference than the Ravens, so they still ‘control their own destiny’ so to speak, to win the AFC North and host a playoff game in Pittsburgh.

The BEST WAY to contain Lamar Jackson is to keep him off the field, so when we’re put and 3rd and whatevers, we need to know where the sticks are and make the necessary plays. Then offensively, I’m just begging for ANYONE to step up and be a contributor this afternoon.

I don’t know, man. This Eagles team let the lowly Panthers hang around for quite a while last week. Mike Tomlin is having his Coach of the Year (potentially) moment, and it just seems disrespectful to make him a 6 point underdog in any game against any opponent this year.

The Steelers didn't have to wait long for an opportunity to get their lick back against the Cleveland Browns, drawing them for the second time in a 17-day span. In my opinion, that bodes well for the Pittsburgh Steelers, as the loss to the Browns is still fresh, and they’re probably going to come out with some intensity because of it.

The floodgates were opened yesterday in Cincinnati en route to a 44-38 win over the Bengals, giving us a little breathing room in the AFC North standings, now two games above the Ravens who lost to the Eagles yesterday afternoon.

To be clear, if you took care of business against the Cleveland Browns last week, then I wouldn’t be talking about this game like a must win, but here we are.

We are back in the kitchen, folks. The Pittsburgh Steelers are in the beautiful vacation hotspot known as Cleveland, OH for their second AFC North battle in 5 days; this time against the Cleveland Browns.

The goal is the Super Bowl, and anything less would be a failure, in my opinion. It’s been close to a decade since I’ve felt this way about the Pittsburgh Steelers.

It took us until week 11 to get our first taste of AFC North football, and it comes with some SERIOUS seeding implications. The Baltimore Ravens are traveling to the City of Steel for a good-on-good battle against the Pittsburgh Steelers, with the winner securing their hold on first place in the AFC North.

That means that the Commanders won the turnover battle 1-2, but still dropped this game due to some costly mistakes; most notably jumping offsides on the hard count late in the 4th quarter to seal the Steelers win.

I cannot stress this enough: we HAVE TO WIN THE TURNOVER BATTLE. This is probably the most nervous I've been about a game this year.

During that presser, he made a comment about how the Steelers were actively searching for WRs, as well as other positions to ensure this team is ready for the brutal back half of the season. Immediately, speculation began on ‘Steelers Twitter’ about what position(s) he could be talking about. It turns out, that position was OLB, but more on that later.

Outside of the wide receiver chatter throughout the week, it has been a relaxing week for Steelers fans, watching the Ravens take a loss knowing that we have a REAL opportunity to take control of the AFC North heading into the bye week. Standing in our way is rookie star Malik Nabers and the Giants who are…quite frankly…not very good.

After a slow start, with the Jets leading 15-6, the Steelers proceeded to step on their throats for the rest of the game en route to a 37-15 win; a hell of a start for the Russell-Wilson-led Steelers offense.

In the year 2024, the Aaron-Rodgers-led Jets are traveling to Pittsburgh to take on the Russell-Wilson-led Steelers on Sunday Night Football. Can you imagine how strange that sentence would’ve sounded a decade ago? But, here we are.

However, earlier today Ian Rapoport confirmed the rumblings that Russell Wilson will be starting against the Jets on Sunday Night Football in Pittsburgh. Rap Sheet added that Justin Fields will play as well, presumably in specialty packages for him to use his legs.
